das atividades realizadas pelos seus participantes, com foco na entrega por resultados e na qualidade dos servi\u00e7os prestados \u00e0 sociedade.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 um Programa indutor de melhoria de desempenho institucional, com foco na vincula\u00e7\u00e3o entre o trabalho dos participantes, as entregas das unidades e as estrat\u00e9gias organizacionais.<\/p>\n<p>Objetivos do PGD na UFMS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Melhorar a gest\u00e3o das equipes, alinhando resultados a estrat\u00e9gias;<\/li>\n<li>Aumentar o engajamento das equipes e a reten\u00e7\u00e3o de talentos;<\/li>\n<li>Permitir
